Before we start anything new, we ask three questions.

1. Does it move the one metric we care about this quarter?
The opportunity
LinkedIn is where professional reputations are built in public.
Decision-makers, hiring managers and future partners scroll LinkedIn between meetings. A steady stream of useful, opinionated posts keeps you in mind long before they need you. Most professionals know this and still post rarely, because writing well takes time they don’t have.
- 01A professional audience
The people reading are colleagues, buyers and peers in your industry.
- 02Ideas over polish
Clear, specific opinions tend to resonate more than corporate announcements.
- 03Your profile works quietly
An optimised profile explains who you help every time someone looks you up.
What we build
Everything it takes, built for you.
Concrete deliverables, not vague promises. You own every one of them.
Profile optimization
Headline, About section, banner, Featured items and experience rewritten around your positioning.

How it works
From first step to running system.

Approve
You edit, then sign off
Drafts land in a shared calendar. Nothing is published until you have reviewed and approved it.
Publish
Scheduled at the right times
Approved content goes out through LinkedIn’s own scheduler or an approved partner tool, and you stay in the comments.

Examples & use cases
What it looks like in practice.
Illustrative scenarios based on the kinds of projects we deliver. Every result depends on the niche, the offer and the work put in.
Technical depth made readable for busy buyers.
A founder had deep expertise but wrote in dense, technical language. Interview-led posts and carousels now explain complex risks plainly, in a voice colleagues recognise as their own.
A clear profile and a weekly writing rhythm.
A consultant’s profile listed job titles but said little about the problems they solve. We rewrote it around one clear audience and set up a weekly posting rhythm with a simple approval step.
An industry newsletter built from factory-floor lessons.
An operations leader wanted to share practical lessons without sounding like marketing. A monthly LinkedIn newsletter and supporting posts turn real experience into specific, useful advice.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Still deciding? A strategist will answer anything else, honestly and without a sales script.
Ask us anythingIs ghostwriting on LinkedIn authentic?
It is when the ideas, experiences and opinions are genuinely yours. We interview you, write in your voice and you approve every word. We never invent stories, credentials or results, and you stay personally involved in comments and conversations.
Do you use engagement pods, bots or automation?
No. Engagement pods, fake engagement and tools that automatically like, comment or message on your behalf go against LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, and can get an account restricted. We only schedule posts you have approved.
Do you need my LinkedIn password?
No. You can post approved content yourself, or we use a scheduling tool that connects through LinkedIn’s official sign-in, which you can disconnect at any time. We never ask you to share login details.
Can you promise more followers or leads?
No one honestly can. We promise a clear strategy, well-written content in your voice, consistent publishing and an honest monthly review of what is resonating, so you can judge the value for yourself.
How much time will I need to give?
Typically a monthly interview of under an hour, occasional voice notes and time to review drafts. Most clients also spend a few minutes a day replying to comments, because those conversations should come from you.
