The opportunity

Small SaaS teams drown in work that isn’t product.

Every new customer creates onboarding emails, failed-payment chases, support tickets and reporting. Done by hand, that work quietly eats the hours a small team needs for building and selling. Most of it follows clear rules, and AI now handles the messier parts, like sorting tickets and drafting replies, with a human approving what matters.

  1. 01
    Events, not reminders

Workflows trigger from real product and billing events, not someone’s memory.

  2. 02
    Humans where it counts

AI sorts and drafts, while people approve refunds, escalations and anything sensitive.

  3. 03
    One source of truth

Product, billing and CRM data connected, so every tool sees the same customer.

Examples & use cases

What it looks like in practice.

Illustrative scenarios based on the kinds of projects we deliver. Every result depends on the niche, the offer and the work put in.

Bootstrapped scheduling app01

Failed payments chased by workflows, not a spreadsheet.

A two-person team was tracking failed payments and expiring trials in a spreadsheet. We connected Stripe events to email, in-app banners and the CRM, so every case is followed up the same way.

Support tickets sorted before anyone opens the inbox.

A small team was answering the same setup questions every day. AI now tags and routes tickets and drafts replies from the docs, while engineers edit and approve before anything goes out.

A weekly report the founders actually read.

Metrics lived in Stripe, the product database and the help desk, and nobody had the full picture. We built an automated weekly report covering activation, churn reasons and support load, with alerts for accounts at risk.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Still deciding? A strategist will answer anything else, honestly and without a sales script.

Ask us anything
Which tools do you work with?

Usually Stripe, your product database, a CRM, an email platform and a help desk, connected with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or custom code. We start from your current stack, suggest new tools only when they clearly earn their cost, and bill tool subscriptions and AI usage to your own accounts.

Will AI reply to my customers on its own?

Only if you choose that, and only for low-risk questions. By default AI sorts tickets and drafts replies, and a person approves them. Refunds, account changes and anything sensitive always go to a human.

What happens to customer data in these workflows?

We map exactly which data moves between which tools, use providers with appropriate data-processing terms, and avoid sending personal data to AI models unless it is needed. You remain in control of the data and keep full access to every workflow.

What if an automation breaks?

Every workflow has error handling, logging and alerts, so failures surface quickly instead of silently. We document each one so your team, or another developer, can understand and fix it.

Will automation reduce my churn?

It helps you spot risk earlier and follow up consistently, but we can’t promise a churn figure. Retention ultimately depends on the product and the value customers get from it, and automation makes that easier to see and act on.
