The opportunity

One strong design can live on many products and marketplaces.

Print-on-demand marketplaces handle printing, shipping and customer service, and bring their own shoppers. What they don’t do is protect you from weak designs or trademark claims, and infringement is one of the quickest ways to lose an account. A catalogue of original, well-researched designs is the asset that lasts.

  1. 01
    Marketplace traffic

Platforms like Redbubble and Amazon bring shoppers already searching for designs.

  2. 02
    No production overhead

The platform prints, ships and handles returns for every order.

  3. 03
    IP-safe catalogue

Trademark checks and original artwork protect your accounts and reputation.

Nurse and part-time creator01

Workplace humour, designed and checked properly.

A nurse had dozens of shift-work jokes but worried about copying others by accident. We designed an original collection, screened every phrase for trademarks and published it to Redbubble and TeePublic.

Amazon Merch seller02

Monthly design batches for an Amazon Merch account.

An accepted Merch seller had upload slots to fill but no time to design. Monthly batches of researched, IP-screened designs now arrive with files at Amazon’s template size and listing copy ready.

Local running club03

Club merch without a box of unsold shirts.

A running club wanted members to buy kit without ordering stock upfront. We designed a range around the club’s own name and traditions and set it up on Spring and Zazzle.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Still deciding? A strategist will answer anything else, honestly and without a sales script.

Ask us anything
How do you check designs for trademarks?

We search every phrase, name and key graphic in trademark databases such as USPTO and EUIPO for the relevant product classes, and check each platform’s policies. A clear search lowers risk but can’t remove it entirely, so we drop anything borderline rather than gamble with your account.

Can you make fan art or designs about brands, films or celebrities?

No. Characters, logos, team names, lyrics and celebrity likenesses belong to their owners, and using them without a licence can get listings removed and accounts closed. Some platforms run licensed fan-art programmes, and those come with their own approval rules.

Do I need approval to sell on Amazon Merch on Demand?

Yes. Amazon Merch on Demand is application-based, and accepted accounts start on a tier with limited upload slots. We can help you prepare and plan your catalogue, but acceptance and tier increases are Amazon’s decision.

Are AI-generated designs allowed?

Platform rules vary and change, and some ask you to disclose AI use. Purely AI-generated artwork may also have limited copyright protection. We use AI for ideas and rough drafts at most, and every final design is finished by a human designer.

Who owns the designs?

You do. Full rights and layered source files are transferred to you, and the marketplace accounts are yours, so you can sell the same designs on any platform you choose.
